My complaint:
I was refused service by the Oxford Express Oil Change , store . All i needed was nails remove from 2 of my tires, both are in center of the tire, but i was told that their tire tech was gone for the day, but they could do it the next day, i guess the other 4 techs there dont have a degree in tire patching, so i walk over to another tech, that I know for a fact works with tires, cause the company I work for spends alot of money with these so called techs. Anyway he tells me that since my tires are low profile 24535 zr20s, he doesnt know how to break them off the rim, didnt know it took a special machine to do that, to me thats just unprofessional and makes them look very sorry. And did I mention i was the only customer there.
Suggested solution:
I dont know if i want those clowns working on anyrhing of mine, not looking for anything free, just would of like to had my issue fixed then, maybe an apology
