My complaint:

It was our first flight with Ryan air, we were not at all informed about charges if you don’t Print out the boarding passes, so we got to the airport and were told the extra fees for the boarding passes. We checked in at that point using the app and produced the boarding passes but it was late, we got to the immigration and due to looong queues it took us a while through clearance, as we reached the boarding gate it was 25 mins left to the flight, the staff refused to allow us to board the plane. So 4 of us now didn’t board the flight. There was no other flight available with Rayan air for the ehole week. So we had to book a flight with SAS that costed us an extra 1300 pounds. I believe it is just a money making scheme and nothing else! My flight was from london stansted to sweden skavasta on 16th July.flight number Fr 52

Desired solution:

I would like a refund of the missed flight and a compensation of the extra money that we had to spend.
