My complaint:

I purchased a 20 inch. For $128.22. The product was extremely big when i tried it on . the quality of the hair was not good and it was extremely thin. It was sheading and i hardly rubbed my fingers through the hair. Ive been trying to get a refund and a mailing address but they refuse. They keep making excuses. The first one was it look like i washed the hair. She can only refund me 5$ with coupons for next purchase. I never washed or used the hair because it extremly big. Im bald so i dont have any hair to hold the wig down. Please help i think this company is getting over on millions , who knows.
