My complaint:

On 10 th July 2018, I had used my paytm apps to recharge my jio Sim no. 7001878066 of Rs 399 three times, of which only one time recharge was successful, but other rest two times recharge was unsuccessful, but each of the three times from my sbi account the said Rs399 had been taken. Now how can I the rest two times Rs 798 would be obtained?

Suggested solution:

I desire to refund my unsuccessful recharged Rs 798 to my sbi bank account as early as possible, as my sbi account book after update showed that on 10th July 3times Rs. 399has been taken through paytm.
