My complaint:

I bought this item on the 1110. The seller sent it to the incorrect address it was returned to sender. Depop are refusing to refund me until Royal Mail have closed their investigation yet will not explain to me why I have to wait for an investigation to be concluded for an item i NEVER received. It’s beyond a joke.

Suggested solution:

Refund me and apologise.
