My complaint:
A lady from Parkdean phoned me to say they needed more bank details to process the refund of £60.00.Over a 6 month period I have phoned the number the lady phoned from and all the other phone numbers for Parkdean.There I have been told it will be up to 30 minutes waiting time to speak to a rep due to the Corona virus epidemic.Some phones just rang and rang.
Suggested solution:
