My complaint:

I have a vizio tv 65 inch that I purchased at this walmart .i have receipt of purchuse on 031319.i have everything that came with tv in plastic .however the box was damaged due to weather on porch .i do have the box .I also bought a 3p day protection plan .I was refused a refund before it was brought in store from my vehicle because of no book manual .this tv is a smart tv and the manual is only a online download information sticker on the tv and on the box.

Suggested solution:

I would love to get a full refund on my tv or at least a right to other advise beside for me to post it on Facebook for low price .An assistant manager told me to get the book or no refund and he was getting off at 8 pm and it was pushing 90 days and policy said only 30 for t.v. .you advertise 90 days with receipt.
