My complaint:
1- I ordered a scooter from WISH website
2- When I received the scooter, I found out it was a fake scooter and it was different from the picture advertised
3- So I sent a return request and WISH asked me to return the item
4- I returned the item as per WISH order
5- I checked on the carrier’s website and the item was received back
6- I tried to get back my refund a few times through WISH MOBILE WEB but you didn’t reply to my request and after that, I found out you had BLOCKED my account
7- NOW I am still waiting for my refund
