My complaint:

Good Morning,I am contacting many times to Ryanair about this case and I dont get any solution,My husband and me,we had a flight Athens to Santorini on November 24 the reservations were X1CPPJ and MZVWQW.We had problems by internet because never appear the option to make check in and for this trying I mistake make a reservation of seat thinking at the end make check in and NO!Also we arrive ONE HOUR BEFORE and the counter,SHE DOESNT HELP she only said pay the 68.20 euros each,total paid 136.40 euros for no check in WHY WE PAID IF WE WAS ON TIME,THAT ANTIPATIC COUNTER FROM RYANAIR ONLY SAID PAY AND WE WAS ON TIME,ALSO WE EXPLAIN TO HER PROBLEMS BY INTERNET,IT HAPPENS onTHE AIRPORT OF ATHENS.This is the reason that i request the refund of 136.40euros,we traveled because we had reservation of car,tour,if not go many changes and problems.Please your support for this case,is injust that we have on time,and the counter of Ryanair bad actitude,bad humor no help,others the same.I have all the support that I paid before one hour.Waiting for your reply, thank you

Desired solution:

I am requesting the refund of 136.40 euros,that we paid in that travel, it is not correct because we was on time for checking and no receive help of the counter from Ryanair.
