My complaint:
I was along time customer! I do not like enterprise their employees do not know what they are doing. They are all young and they do things there own way! I called in trying to make a reservation and I even went in. One person says one thing and another says something else. When I call the local offices near me they do not say there name or they answer the phone in a low voice. Then your rates are to high ! They have gone up allot in a year’s time! Something needs to change, I am a Veteran i will tell my neighbors and Veterans about your terrible rates and customer satisfaction! I am talking about the store on N 19th Are, and the one on bell road close by me. I live on Rose Garden Ln,85027, Phoenix, AZ. Something needs to be done with your rates and employees!
