Beach Blvd Auto has my car in their possession as a result it now has water damage in the inside. Currently the car is not driveable because it’s a health hazard. I was told the manager and owner was going to replace the vehicle so far. I am getting the run around. I was also told I need to pay additional money just to get the vehicle replaced. I believe this is unethical practices and they to either give me my money back from the damage vehicle or put me in another car.
Either give me my money back or put me in a other car just that simply.
