My complaint:
I was booked for a preview and paid my deposit to find out when I showed up for my preview I was not qualified and no one wants to compensate me mind you I’m from out of state. I was told we’re sorry and we’re not going to see you or compensate you sounds like a bait and switch to me.
Suggested solution:
I\'m sorry does not cut it when I paid to be here an extra day for the preview.
