My complaint:
On two recent visits , found the place closed , even though the posted hours indicated it should be open. Posted hours on the door state open 10:30 – 10:00 Lobby Closes At 9:00. Thus , the store should be open until 9:00 with the drive-thru remaining open until 10:00. On one visit I arrived just after 9:00 to use the drive-thru , only to be greeted with Sorry , We’re Closed. Several other vehicles were also either leaving the drive-thru or arriving. On another more recent visit , I arrived at 8:45 to use the store as I had a voucher that had to be used in the store. The store was closed and the door locked. Called the next day and was told that they close the store at 8:30 or sooner even though it states otherwise. Great way to turn off potential customers!
Suggested solution:
Insist that the staff keep the store and drive-thru open the hours stated.
