Hanson Subaru complaint: Poor service dept

My complaint:

Made appt to get a recalled problem fixed at 11:30. Told would take 1 -1.5 hours. When got there was told car would be done by 4:00(4.5 hours after appt time). By 4 :30…..no word. Talk to gentleman at counter. He checks. They are finishing paperwork…maybe another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later…he says they are test driving it. When all done…took over 5.5 hours. Extremely poor service.

Suggested solution:

Get scheduling and servicing working together or lose sales. I was going to come back n look into buying a new car...next month...will drive to Seattle before buying a car from Hanson Motor now
