My complaint:

I initially went in to find and order my son some eye glasses. We picked the pair that he wanted. The eye doctor stated that the glasses he picked out was for ladies. We searched for another pair that he would like and came across a blue pair that he wanted. We order them and she (walmart eye optical employee) said he will take three weeks. They called and said he glasses where ready for pick up. When we arrived at the eye center they had order the glasses that the eye doctor said was for ladies. I again showed the eye doctor and the employee the ones we had picked out . Once again they said it would be three weeks for the glasses to come back. They called three weeks later and said the glasses came back. We went in to get the glasses and the pair they said was for ladies, was ordered in a different color (second pair). So, the eye doctor was laughing like it was funny. My son not be king able to see is not funny. Me having to wait almost a month in a half for one pair of glasses is ridiculous. And I’m still waiting. Also no one ever apologized.

I want the glasses I ordered in a timely matter. Refund and a apology.
