I ordered a product well over two months in advance. They never shipped it out but created a shipping with USPS with no tracking history on it. I contacted them many times to check on my order status and they said it’s in process prior to order due by 102518 as stated on my original order. My daughter’s 1st birthday outfit was important to me and I relied on getting my order on time but I struggled getting another outfit for her since I never got my order from them. I didn’t have enough time to order another customed outfit. Well then, come 102818, I still never received my order. Contacted them on website online chat and email and they offered a refund just like that, they didn’t apologize or say anything else about my order so I replied asking if my order was ever shipped and they said yes and offered to resend a tracking number but they never responded to me after that. They never even resend the tracking number like they said they would. I sent another email next day 102918 to request a refund and I emailed them to complain if they had anything else to say about why I never got my order. They were rude with their short response. Customer service and customer satisfaction is very poor. I am still trying to get my refund and it is now 111518 which is 18 days now after they said my refund has been processed twice. They are not replying to me. I called my credit card company on 111418 and there is still no refund yet. I have contacted them via emailonline chat and got no response. I am now going to file a dispute with my credit card company against them just to get my money back since I’ve exhausted my efforts in trying to get my money back from them.
I think that people need to know that this company is rude and I think their customer satisfaction is not priority. They took my money and didn\'t deliver their product. It\'s a hassle trying to get my money back! I want my money back and for people to be aware of this situation.
