My complaint:
I recently purchased a 24 pack of cans from my local tesco. I put the slab in the fridge after returning home and the next night i went to have my first can. I poured it but I immediately knew there was something wrong. The guinness came out pure black like coke with no head and didn’t need to settle like it should. It was revolting. I then tried 3 ir 4 more cans and the exact same thing happened. I have pictures if required.
Suggested solution:
I would suggest some sort of compensation in the form of a complementary slab of guinness. I am a long term and loyal customer and would hate to see this tarnished.
