My complaint:
So it’s is crazy that after I ordered online it states(please wear a mask). I arrived at the location, only to see 1 Caucasian female sitting on top of equipment laughing loudly with no mask or gloves on. Another Asian female standing next to her dancing around with no mask or gloves. And the 2 other males had mask on but both below their chins not covering their face!! I had to say hello loudly to get their attention to come get my order for me. Did not even see a manager. Arrived home and let my wife know what I had went thru, and because of the no mask and no gloves being worn, she did not let my kids nor herself eat any of the food!!! So that was $24 wasted and my time as I had to cook something from home!!!
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund, or a replacement for the mishap... also the store manager should be aware of this(check cameras to see proof of this!!! It was at 8:01 pm tue. Oct 20
