My complaint:
We went to Plato’s Closet in Murfreesboro, TN after reading online about the various types they take. The advertisement said they are always accepting items. After waiting a few hours, we went back and were rudely given our basket of clothing back and told they would not take anything. 1. This is not what is advertised. 2. Employees were very unprofessional and loud so everyone on the store heard them.
I advise you to be careful shopping here. They will be extremely rude and will not buy your items.
Suggested solution:
1. Treat customers with respect
2. Do not tell customers they have to wait for two hours and then be told they won’t take anything back
3. Revise the advertisement to say they may or may not take items but more than likely they won’t.
