My complaint:
I buy the Superkings versions and I snap the end off so I can smoke use it in a roll up later and I noticed 1 or 2 plastic strands in one of my cigarettes running through the length of the cigarette. I’ve included the pictures and the batch number in case their are other problems with the batch and I can also send you the cigarette.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund of the cost of the packet and an explanation as too how it got there
