My complaint:

I ordered a pizza chicken wings at 11:23am this morning. I received an email saying delivery would be within 23 minutes. I tracked the order and it has been setting on Quality Check since 11:30am. It’s now 12:40pm!!!! I called the store and the guy that answered the phone was not concerned about it in the least. I told him what time I ordered it and it still had not arrived. He said the estimated time was wrong. I told him the tracker has said Quality Check for over an hour and his response was well, it’s been under the warmer That pizza and the chicken wings are already over an hour old…whey would I want it. He made no apologizes and tried to blow me off. This is very poor service and I will not order again. I told him to cancel the order and requested a refund back to my card. He said it would be one business day, which means I should get it back tomorrow.

Suggested solution:

Replace the rude employee. He has no business working with the public.
