My complaint:
Have registered with Binance under the user name gygillett@yahoo.com.au.
Have tried multiple times to complete the identification verification using both the Australian Drivers Licence and the Australian Passport. Verification is continually rejected.
Have had my son check my data entry and he is unable to explain why the system does not accept the verification.
Suggested solution:
Assist me in setting up a verified account although given the trouble I am having both in setting up the account and finding any Binance support I am wondering whether I should even go ahead and look for another provider.
