My complaint:
I sold a large amount of items which triggered a periodic review (My personal camera equipment) I spoke with a chat agent who assured me it would take 5 days and my funds would be released today the 23rd. My funds where not released so i went onto a chat agent who then proceeded to tell me it will be another two days.
Suggested solution:
release my funds to me as the items have arrived with the buyers and positive feedback left. at this point they are holding my funds for no reason.
