My complaint:

i paid for an item which was £83.99 and i was expecting the item to be delivered . However i did not recieve the item, so i contacted the seller regarding of the issue and then he advised me to get in contact with royal mail to file a claim so i contacted Royal Mail to issue a claim of my missing order. The ref number is 1-6872840554  how do i go about in getting a refund??? Is it the sellers responsibility to provide me with a return or refund and if it is a refund how many days would i need to wait untill he replies? He hasn’t replied to 3 of my messages since the 13th november. The Merchant Business Name Is WeeTrading  £83.99 taken out via PayPal
