My complaint:
I pre-ordered a game from Playstation months ago (Life is Strange Remastered 1 and Before the Storm bundle) and it just released 1 week ago; the games are not working as described, due to crashing and poor lighting in-game, and when I tried to demand a refund they said No because a) it had been more than 2 weeks since purchase, and b) the game had been downloaded already… This makes no practical business sense! A) This was a pre-order, so the policy should apply for the Release date and not the purchase date, and B) the only way to play and determine the quality of the game on a ps4 is to download it… Basically: this is a corporate and capitalist scam. Please help, as this was a $50 wasted purchase. I understand the quality of the games are SquarEnix fault, but if Sony is the merchant, then they should allow for refunds if the game is faulty, and there’s no guarantee that the developers wil even fix it.
Suggested solution:
A full refund for both games. I've already uninstalled them from my system.
