My complaint:
I have been playing Chumba for almost a year. I have won $400 1 time. Then I started losing every time I played. I recently started looking online to see if anyone else was having issues with the same thing. I came across an article online from Blacklisted online casinos. Sure enough, Chumba was listed as a Blacklisted Casino. The reason being was Rigged Games according to this site. All I had to do was google is chumba blacklisted and this was the page I received. I have heard so many people say that when they win big, chumba says it was a glitch in the system and the they lock the customers account preventing them from cashing out especially on large sums of money the customers win. This is nothing but robbery and Chumba should be closed down for good before they rip too many people off. They are based in a different country overseas so it costs a lot of money to get your money. They are scam artists!
Suggested solution:
Close down this bogus casino so people aren't being taken advantage of.
