My complaint:
Fraudulent email for funds through PayPal
I have a formal complaint against the Geek squad and the user paypal.service7888@gmail,com who says his name is James Morgan
I had bought a TV from Amazon and Best Buy was the 3rd seller. This transaction with Amazon took place on February 26 2021 . When I received the email from Geek Squad LLC , thanking me for my purchase sent on March 1st 2021.
I contacted Amazon and they sent me a link to forward a copy of this email to the fraud department of Amazon.
I also sent a forwarded copy to Best Buy in Charleston WV to them as well that this user is committing fraud using the Geek squad and pay pal to collect money.
I contacted this person at the number of 1 510-322-6605 and left message and emailed him at the paypal services7888@gmail .
The user of paypal 7888 using the name of Mr. James Morgan returned my call when he said was returning a call on my email. I told him this was a fraud transaction. Mr. Morgan then hung up on me and recalled a later time on March 2nd 2021. He was insistent that I did this transaction and unless I cancel this transaction through the billing department the funds will be taken out of my account. This Transaction took place on the 27th of February Mr. Morgan said.
Now I am filing a complaint with you to help solve this issue with this user.

A solution to this problem is for People to file complaints on the companies and people that are spoofing other companies to obtain information and using pay pal services to unlawfully try to obtain money from the consumer. Also take the time to write or call your Attorney General’s office and file complaints so a investigation can be done and proper action can be taken against these people for for their fraud.
