My complaint:

I purchase a parking pass for the Garth Brooks concert in Knoxville Tennessee from StubHub and used my PayPal account.

I printed out the parking pass as instructed, however, when I arrived in Knoxville I was unable to locate the lot. I approached two different police officers who were directing contract hours to parking areas and neither one was able to tell me where the “FBC “ lot was. I called StubHub and they directed me to the address listed on my parking pass. I kept telling them there is no such lot at that address. I then went to the first Baptist church where parishioners were coming out of the church and ask them about the FBC lot. We were told that the first Baptist church does not participate and making money through parking lots because they do not have a parking lot. They use the public parking garage that is behind the Bank of America building.

I contacted StubHub the next day for a refund and was told by the associate that they could not find my order. I had the parking pass in front of me but it did not matter. I contacted PayPal regarding a refund. I got a final resolution today, December 4 from PayPal stating that I received the item. I had to find my own parking spaceIt took me an hour and I missed the opening act. I’m so disgusted with PayPal and StubHub
