Complaint: account problems

My complaint:

1.They won’t let me into my account with the right information and
2. won’t let me update phone number to gain access to change password as they suggest
3. There is a lot of activity involving that account that is not been authorized by me
4. There is a lot of funds going into and out of that account that is not being recorded on my account records This has been going on for approximately two years
5. I can not get in contact with anyone from PayPal to take care of any of these problems

let me into my account and give a full disclosure of all transactions and not give their no ttransactions answer
