My complaint:

Once again the USDA has reported my payment late to credit bureau. I have paid MORE than the amount due as told to me by the representatives, for a total of $2028.52 since October. I have documentation from the USDA that these payments have been received (as well as from my bank that funds were dispersed), yet they are sitting in unapplied funds, yet they are still reporting me 30 days late to the credit bureau. My credit score has dropped almost 50points. I am currently researching legal counsel, as I am absolutely fed up with the USDA taking my money, not applying it to my balance, THEN reporting a delinquency.

Suggested solution:

Apply these funds to my balance. Remove the delinquency to the credit bureaus. I will not stop until this is taken care of once and for all.
