My complaint:
Yesterday I sent $45 to a friend. Today that payment was repeated without authorization two more times. My friend only received the first payment, not the others. And there seems to be NO WAY to send a message to cash app to report what happened.
What’s more, exactly the same thing seems to have happened to my daughter!
Suggested solution:
Refund these payments for me AND my daughter, and provide a VERY CLEAR way to send them a message when problems arise.
