My complaint:

I withdrew my winnings last week the 11th july 2019 and told it would take 5 working days but this is after I made the withdrawal on the 7th july 2019and told all documents were in order until rite at the last minute they reversed my withdrawal and told me I needed another document and so I did that and was told it would take another 5 business days after having spoke to the manager of the casino who’s name is caesar who told me he would contact accounting and would have it looked at asap well it’s been another 5 working days and last night I was told by the casino I would see my winnings by tomorrow so I’ve checked my account and there are still no winnings and so ive messaged them and now they are saying it takes 5 – 7 working days and I’ll most likely have to sit the 5 days out but during all this ive made plans with my children to do some fun activities as it was the school holidays and so now I’m out of pocket another $2,000 all coz I was relying on the casinos advice and who foots the bill, I do or I have and to my surprise I’m still getting the run around but because of this I want to be reimbursed because I told the casino manager caesar what I wanted the winnings for and he assured me not to worry that everythings in order and not to worry and that I would receive my winnings cause he was going to talk with the accounts team to have this fast tracked.

I want my winnings today as it\'s been the 5 days and also to be reimbursed for the amount of stress derived from this encounter with this particular casino because nothing they have said to me has been the truth and I have been stressed everyday since and me and my partner are having huge domestics because I spent money on activities that really should have been put back into the account by now.
