Coin Master complaint: Paying for spins and never getting them

My complaint:

I play coin master daily and i buy spins with my real money and on three different occasions they take my money but never give me the spins i paid for i contacted them on several occasions and they never responded … could you please help me since they don’t wanna give me my 4000 spins …
