My complaint:
I was stood in the queue waiting to pay for bakery goods when a couple behind me complained that I was holding up the queue to pay for plants and to go back to the bakery and pay there. I have been told that I have to pay at the exit as you go out. I found this very strange as all kinds of chemicals and goods go through these tills. I was very embarrassed standing there with rolls and people looking at me. I have been a customer of yours for many years and I find this practise of paying for bakery goods with plants etc very strange and it has put me off doing that in the future,
Suggested solution:
Pay for bakery goods in the bakery department as before, thank you for your attention
