My complaint:

I had a washing machine it broke few months later i pay every week man came out to mend it this was in april.He said it would take 15days for the parts he never came back i phoned and phoned perfect home said i will be having a new washing machine bearing in mind im still paying and its now august i still have no new washing machine.They are sending enforcement as i am refusing to pay any more it broke in april i carried on paying i have stopped the last 5 weeks.I made a complaint they have done nothing just closed the case saying i still have to pay.
