My complaint:
My parcel is stated as delivered but I never received it.
It is something I paid 74£ and I do not have what I paid for.
I contacted the customer support and they said me that it is delivered but I do not have any item.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund as it is not acceptable that I paid 74£ for my parcel, I haven’t receive it and it is stated as delivered.
I went through the whole building in case someone other took it but apparently no.
