My complaint:
I paid my rent on a payment card and the put the wrong number in so the money went to someone eles now I’ve got to wait for 10 days before I can get it back so I’m in rent arrears because of this not happy will never be using post office at co-op in highley bridgnorth again…
Suggested solution:
I think as they made the mistake they should off paid my rent now not make me wait 10days
