My complaint:
I paid $550 for a package that was sent to me from Sweden my boyfriend was sending to me. Package contains ladys purses and shoes , a phone Jewelry. Never recieved a tracking number. They will not deliver it . They wont even get back to me. Found out package has $30,000 . Now they want $1000 and now the will not even return a message. I told them I would fill out the nessacery forms. So everything would pass customs and be delivered. I have not heard from them , they wont refund my money. I want the package delivered.
Suggested solution:
I want the package . I talked with customs and there is no such fee. I paid for it to be delivered. I want my package!!!!!! I will be homeless in 13 days because of this
