My complaint:

My pkg with tracking number


was delivered to YANKTON, SD on 37 April 2020 at 12:30pm. It was left by UPS on the front porch. NOT MY PORCH. ZUOS has the name and address associated with this delivery. They know exactly to whom and where they delivered the pkg. They could not give me that info., according to your company because it was a ed delivery I can not get another one sent out or a refund. I would prefer my computer TY.
I have purchased several items from Wish before without a problem. UPS and Amazon are telling me the tracking number associated with the package is assigned to a person whose last name is 3 letters long. My computer was indeed delivered to Yankton, SD just not to me.
PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT. How can you hold me responsible for an incorrect shipping label or assigning the tracking number yo another individual?
