My complaint:
I bought a slightly expensive handbag and I never received it. I contacted them 3 times about this, and they kept on stalling and not helping until the refund policy timed out. I constantly tried to contact them for an investigation but they never did it.
Suggested solution:
They didn’t. No investigation, just that I had surpassed the single month of refund eligibility so I don’t get my handbag or my money back. It’s been months from the incident and USPS can’t even track it.
