My complaint:
I always wash with Tide. I Never had a problem with my tide pacs. This time when I open the container, I used about 10 pacs that were loose as they should be. After those 10 Pacs, the rest of them were stuck together.
I always kept the lid on them, so no moisture would get inside the container.
The entire remaining pacs were completely ruined.
Suggested solution:
A coupon for free 81 pacs of Tide. The Bar Code on my container was 3700093045.
