My complaint:
Owner is installing HVAC systems without permits or proper license. Doing Electrical work without a license or permit. Gas lines without permits or proper license. He needs to be investigated by the City of Tucson he has been reported to Better Business Bureau and nothing done.Check his invoices because he will try to lie and hide things that he knows he is breaking the law on check to see if he has correct tools for installing a HVAC system. No he dont.

Do a complete investigation on this guy he is doing all kinds of work without the proper license or permits
