My complaint:
I booked a ticket through Southall Travels on 8th May to fly to India.
I was charged £3711 for four of us to Chennai and back.
But I was shocked when the ticket showed a price of £2741.36.
This is daylight Robbery. Please can you refund me the monies charged me in excess of £2741.36 immediately,
as there is no reason for me to pay more than the ticket cost.
Secondly, I has 2 kids travelling , aged 4 yrs 11 yrs, but was mentioned as ADULT
in the tickets and We were forced to sit separately because of your mistake.
I was overcharged because of your greediness.
We were forced to sit separately, even though we were travelling together and booked as a group.
Suggested solution:
I want an apology for the way I was treated.
Refund of the money I paid in excess of £2741.36.
