My complaint:
I sent in a phone as part of a warranty claim. The phone they are claiming had screen damage when it was received. I did not send a damaged phone. They concluded that it may have been damaged in transit but Im still responsible for the phone at $936.
Suggested solution:
I would like this charged removed from my account.
