Complaint: Order went through that I told to cancel total (all) the order

My complaint:

i was going through and looking ar things might want to order. There was av50% off if ordered that day. However, when I thought was goinng to next section to put in code to see what would cost, all of a sudden it charged it I never was able to check amount or put code in or correct charge card. I then went through and you dont have a cancel all, so I put on note to canel all the order. It appears you have mot. My complete order was cancelled. I have copy showing I cancelled All. Please advise.
