My complaint:

This will be short and brief because I have been dealing with this company for two (2) weeks about receiving substandard items; which were advertised on your webpage.
They offered a 15% refund, a 30% refund and then turn apologized that these offers were a mistake and ended up stating I can only return one item; zolucky Women Casual Green Daily Adjustable Shoes. The other items a total of seven (7); five (5) Fashion Tree Necklace, Women Bronze Vintage Leather Rope Bracelet and Silver Bowknot necklace. They claim they do not accept accessories and yet their order form specifies specifically what accessories! These specifications are: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings and cosmeticbeauty products. None of these items are noted for a refund!

They should refund my monies with an honourable apology due to the numerous days; approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks I have serviced this compliant!
