My complaint:
On August 30, 2018 I contracted Docufiling to file a small claims for me, and the order number 00466. I originally received a court date at the Hayward Court of January 18, 2019, upon entering the court room the clerk asked for Proof of Service. Needless to say since this was my first time filing a small claims I did not know what Proof of Service was. She then explained it to me and gave me a new court date of March 7, 2019. On that same date I emailed the new court date, and all the corresponding paperwork to Docufiling. Again Docufiling did not provide me with Proof of Service for the March date.
Suggested solution:
I want Docufiling to return my fee of $283.95 for failing to provide the service contracted for.
