My complaint:

Boost took over my gas and electric from economy energy on the 25th but I have not received my new cards to top up,I have phoned but can never get through I rang a minute to eight this morning,and said they were closed,at 8o’clock they said they were to busy when my previous money runs out I have not got my cards from them to top up.

Suggested solution:

To let me know why I haven\'t got new cards from them to top up which they said I should have received 2days before they took over.
