My complaint:

I sold a new iPhone 8 still sealed in box to a mobile phone recycling company. 5 months ago now. I email and message the company at first they would reply. Now they won’t reply. When they did every time I was lied to i.e they sent phone back but it was lost. They where having issues with payment system. They sent out a cheque never did. They had no money to pay for phone. Was told there accountant had told them to send a cheque even though they have my bank details.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

To be paid full amount of £415 for phone or send back phone new unopened like the one they received. And not to be lied too.
