My complaint:

I ordered a T-shirt and sweatshirt from on Nov. 16. When they arrived, they BOTH were the wrong size. There wasn’t any packing information to return the items so I could exchange them so I checked their website. The website says for exchanges to please email them. I emailed them on Nov. 25, i received a auto-generated response that my inquiry was being reviewed. I never received an response so I emailed them again on Nov. 26 (late in the evening) I received the same auto-generated response. I still didn’t receive anything so I sent a another email on Nov. 28. Same auto-generated response and as of today, Dec. 8, ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. What an embarrassment. I hope the artists that are using them, Travis Scott and Post Malone, know what a horrible experience this is for their fans. The items I purchased iswas to be a Christmas gift. My order number is 22307.

Suggested solution:

Please tell me how to return it. I know I’m going to have to pay for the return shipping. I’m so gun shy on ordering the CORRECT sizes, that I’m not willing to reorder until I know how my current items can be returned.
