My complaint:

I sent a package to my mom on May 27, 2019. I paid to have it delivered for May 29 . May 29 comes and theres no package ? So i called the store to be told they messed up . It wasnt sent . So the package is late and Im out money i spent and she didnt get her package till the next day . For the inconvince I was told they would reinburst me for the shipping . That was almost 3 weeks ago and nothing . I called the store only to be laughed at and told its going to take longer ? Very disappointed!!!!!

Reinburst me already !!!! I've never heard of anything like this . I paid the money and the didn't get what i paid for . Im very upset about this . They didnt have to wait to take my money and tgey think this is a laughing matter . Its not !!!!!
